Q1: The app cannot find my device. What should I do?

• Make sure the air conditioner is powered on and in a discoverable state;
• Check that Bluetooth is enabled in iPhone Settings;
• Try scanning when you are inside the vehicle and close to the AC unit;
• If the problem persists, restart both your phone and the AC device and try again.

Q2: The device is connected but I cannot control it.

• Confirm that your AC model is supported by this app;
• Ensure the device is not already connected to another phone or remote;
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting within the app.

Q3: The temperature or fan speed shown in the app looks incorrect.

• Tap the “Refresh” button to request the latest status from the device;
• If the issue remains, please record the details and contact us via email.

Q4: What permissions does the app require?

• Bluetooth: to scan and connect to compatible AC devices;
• On some systems, Bluetooth scanning may be associated with location permission.
